He was predeceased by: his mother Beverly Fortin Cristaldi. He is survived by: his father Alfred "Al" Cristaldi; his stepmother Helen of Methuen, Mass.; his son Jesse Blanchette (Alison Tortorello) of Plaistow, NH; and his siblings, Mark Cristaldi of Lawrence, Mass., Dana Cristaldi (Nicole) of Conway, SC, Alexis Cristaldi of Boston, Mass, Laurie Goguen (Jim Sawyer) of Nashua, NH and Jennifer Royal. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
