He was predeceased by: William J. Phillips, II. He is survived by: his former wife Jennifer McVey; his mother Suzanne Phillips; his sister Alexandra Phillips of New London, NH; and his significant other Elizabeth Bolton of Danbury, NH. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles and cousins.
