He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father William R. Cook Sr.; his wife Twila; his siblings, William Cook Jr. and Pamela Desnoyers; his children, Dawn Cook-Hoy (Walter Hoy), Jessica Cook (Scott McCullough) and Kolt Cook (Casey Shaffer); and his grandchildren, Kendell Hoy, Elsie McCullough, Cassidy McCullough, Jasper and Luke Cook.
