He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Amalia Balch; his wife Barbara Balch; his brother Robert Balch; his sons, Jeffrey Balch (Katherine) of Sunapee and Russell Balch (Delia) of Gulfport, MS; his sister Marjorie Dunn; his grandchildren, Candace King (Daniel), Mariah Boivin (Chris), Benjamin Balch (Autumn Rose), Arlene Hockert (Bryce), Maryann Balch, Ashley Beaudry (Corey), Brieann Spear (Andrew) and Taryn Wellington (Andrew); and his great grandchildren, Raegan, Spencer, Emery King, Zander, Ella Boivin, Taylor, Emerson, Madelyn Beaudry and Andrew Wellington. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
