He is survived by: his sons, Herbert H. Ranney, Jeffrey (Heather) and Justin (Christy); his grandsons, Tyler and Jackson; his sister Deb Rowlee; his brother-in-law Stephen Dow; and his nephews, James Dow, Jason Dow, Joel Dow and Dylan Rowlee.
