He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hollis Boardman and Marion Mills Boardman; his wife Patty (Stevens); his daughter JaNean Butterfield; his stepson Randy Barton; his siblings, Hawk (Joyce), Merle Claremont (Irene), Wayne Newport (Mary), Wesley Claremont (Kelly), Elaine Osgood Claremont (Joe), Carlot and Juan; and his son-in-law Ron Butterfield. He was also cherished by 14 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wounded Warriors or the Shriners Hospital.
