He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace Morris Bulkeley and William E. C. Bulkeley; his brother Ben Bulkeley; his mother-in-law Judy Atwater; and his brother-in-law Darrell Atwater.
He is survived by: his brother Alan; his former wife Sherrie Morse; his wife Ginger Atwater Bulkeley of Cornish; his children, Sarah Bulkeley Fielder (David) of Cornish, Emily Bulkeley (Jack Brown) of Boston and Ben; his stepchildren, Tabor Chichakly (Nicole Spataro) of Seattle, Washington and Amira Chichakly of New York; and his brother Bill (Debra) of Boston, Ala. He is also survived by numerous nieces, a nephew.
