He is survived by: his wife Lorraine; his children, James Forest of North Canton, OH, Kathleen Forest (James Oliver) of Arlington, VA, Christine Schelble (Michael) of Brunswick, ME and Karen Florentino (Michel) of Contoocook, NH; his grandchildren, Matthew Chamberlain, Tatton Oliver, Thomas Chamberlain, Nathan Schelble and Jacob Schelble; and his brother Neal Kleinberg (Barbara) of Ashland, MA..
