He was predeceased by: his parents, David Carter and Beulah Carter (Sargent). He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Carter (Perron); his sons, Robert Carter (Caity) and Brad Carter; his grandchildren, Bailey, Avery, Myles, Jaxon, Brookelyn and Remington; and his siblings, Sue, Willie, Jayne, Reggie, David, Deane, Kathy, Glenda, Danny, Dawn and Lucas.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to be made to the Concord Boys & Girls Club or Concord High School Wrestling Booster Club in His Name.
