He is survived by: his wife Patricia L. Olisky; his children, Jason R. Olisky (Jen) of Sanbornton, Jamie L. Pelletier (Jon Wilson) of Sanbornton and Jeffrey J. Olisky (Stephanie Shepard) of Boscawen; his siblings, Donna Hebert of Belmont and Anthony Olisky of Lakeport; and his grandsons, Jackson L. Olisky and Zachary S. Olisky of Epsom. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
