He is survived by: his wife Eileen C. Carter of Concord, NH; his daughter Kerry K. Wajer (Matt); his siblings, Joseph D Carter, June O'Neill and Gloria Hubbard; his grandchildren, Carter Lainie, Spencer Liam, Clay Steven, Burgess and Savannah Wajer (Finley); and his stepgrandson Jackson Wajer.
