He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmars Ulmanis and Vaike Ulmanis (Soans). He is survived by: his wife Debra Ulmanis (Boisvert) of Concord; and his children, Stacey Ulmanis (Joe Hanley) of Concord and Karl Ulmanis (Laura Slingerland) of Lexington Park, MD.
