She was predeceased by: her father Robert S. Heath. She is survived by: her mother Irmgard Holmes (Lorek) of Arizona; her siblings, William Heath, Karl Heath (Mary) of Concord, Bryan Heath of Concord and Bridgett Brown of Lincoln; and her stepmother Mary Heath.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Emerson Road Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Monika's name to a charity of one's choice, but preferably to a charity that helps or rescues animals.
