He is survived by: his parents, Stephen Knox of Franklin, NH and Linda Duggan of Laconia, NH; his daughters, Amber and Ashlee Knox of Belmont, NH; his stepmother Diane Belloir of Franklin, NH; his siblings, Kris Knox (Cara) of Tampa, FL, Jen O'Reilly (Patrick Jr.) of Laconia, NH and Michelle Knox (Nicole Valcourt-Knox) of Laconia, NH.; his nieces and nephews, Sandy Dattilo, Courtney Knith, Welker Knox of Tampa, FL, Patrick III, Cohen O'Reilly of Laconia, NH and Taelynn Valcourt-Knox of Laconia, NH.; his uncles, Harry, Rick, Alex Duggan of Coto de Caza, CA and Bob Duggan of Moreno Valley, CA; and his aunt Sue Direen of Colorado Springs, CO.
