He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson W. Phillips and Doris I. Garland (Molton); and his brother Robert Phillips, Sr.. He is survived by: his significant other Faye Couture of Chichester; his significant other's sons, Bob Wasson (CJ) of Manchester and Joshua Wasson of Chichester; and his siblings, Peggy Hurd (Paul) of Milton and David Phillips of Kittery, ME. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
