She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther T. Temple and Mary Temple (Collier); her husband Calvin L. Couch Jr.; her daughter Stephanie M. Couch; and her brother Carl Temple.
She is survived by: her daughter Lynette Couch (Sanjeev); her grandson Colbie Lamprey; and her brothers, Jim Temple (Rose) of Memphis, TN, Vernon Temple (Shelley) of Bellows Falls, VT and Kevin Temple (Diane) of Concord. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
