He is survived by: his mother Sandra Mosely (Plante); his brother Mike Annis of Franklin; his partner Keri-Anne O'Mara of Concord; his children, Tyler Annis, Jacob Annis, Patrick O'Mara, Christopher Engelhardt Jr., Sierra Proulx, Maddison Searfoss, Ariel Price and Ashley O'Mara; and his grandchildren, Elijah-J Matthews, Bentley, Neveah Berry, Aidan Marshall, Dominik Hardy, Hazen Engelhardt, Khaloe, Patrick Pantaleo Jr., Grace Gamble, Kingsten and Amelia O'Mara. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
