It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Charles Fanaras of Concord, New Hampshire, who passed away on April 11, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fanaras and Mary Fanaras (Kouropoulos); and his sisters, Harriet (Michael Capetanelis) and Christine (Richard Lassonde). He is survived by: his wife Irene Fanaras (Stylianou); his children, Charles Fanaras (Kelly) of Bow, NH and Mary Ann Beliveau (Scott) of Falmouth, ME.; his grandchildren, John Fanaras of Boston, MA, Michael Fanaras of Manchester, NH, Athina Fanaras of El Paso, TX, Matthew Beliveau of Malden, MA and Nicholas Beliveau of Boston, MA.; and his nieces and nephews, Nick Capetanelis (Roger Smith Capetanelis) of Haverhill, MA, Helen Fitzgerald (Tom) of East Haven, VT, Dyana Martin (Gary) of Hampton Falls, NH, Richard F. Lassonde, III of Greenland, NH, Despina Syphoyiannakis of Rethymno and Crete Greece.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church (68 N State St, Concord, NH 03301). A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
