He was predeceased by: his parents, David K. Small and Avis L. Small (Tucker); and his brother William M. Small. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Small (Rose); his daughters, Michelle Wheeler (Michael) of Manchester and Renee Small (Robert Garza Sr) of Loudon; his grandchildren, Michaela Wheeler, Amber Stevens and Hunter Cuthbert (Andrew); his great grandchild Bailey Sue; his sister Susan Carr (Winslow) of Northwood, NH; and his sister-in-law Joyce Small. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Faith Community Baptist Church (334 N Village Rd, Loudon, NH 03307). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers please consider a donation in his memory to either the Loudon Lions Club or Loudon American Legion.
