He is survived by: his girlfriend June Fitzpatrick; his sons, Edward L. Palmer of Weare and David W. Palmer of Weare; his daughter-in-law Suzanne Palmer of Pembroke; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Joshua, Ashley, Amity, Charles and Elspeth; his great grandchildren, Chantel, Shavaun, James and Lilly; and his great great grandchild Mason.
In lieu of flowers donations made be made to the American Cancer Society in Horace's name.
