He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Bean and Mildred Bean (Witham); his wife Alma Bean; and his sons, Kevin Bean and Kerry Bean.

He is survived by: his sons, Kim Bean (Mindy) of Loudon, NH, Keith Bean (Linda Orlando) of Concord, NH and Kenneth Bean of Loudon, NH; the mother of his children Judith Storrs Johnston; and his daughter Donna Osborn (Jeff Osborn) of Boscawen, NH.. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other extended family.
