He is survived by: his mother Jean Coutinho; his wife Brenda Spaulding; his children, Alexander Spaulding and Jessica Spaulding; his sisters, Debbie Mann (Paul Mann) and Dianna Smith (Richard Smith Jr.); and his nieces and nephews, Jodi Morin, Danielle Masterson, Nikki Athearn, Hailey Lancaster, Richard Smith III, Jeremy Mann, Scott Christie Jr. and James Christie. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews, an uncle, an aunt, and many cousins.
