She is survived by: her sons, Brian Quirk (Fiona) and Sean Quirk (Luz); her grandchildren, Matthew, Anna, Kaden, Caroline and Payton; her sister Diane; her niece Lisa (Brian); and her nephews, Marty (Carrie), Dave (Amy) and Jay (Erin).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Dona may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
