He was predeceased by: his uncle Karl Phelps. He is survived by: his parents, Clinton Phelps and Winnifred Phelps; his wife Michelle "Shelley" Phelps (Morin); his children, Ryan Phelps (Lauren Malloy) and Sarah Perras (Beau); his siblings, Mike Phelps (Dawn), Jim Phelps (Lisa), Kim Lacasse (Scott) and Jenn Mooney; his siblings-in-law, Carl and Lynn Potter; and his mother-in-law Mary Morin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested that donations be made in Dennis' memory to the Dennis Phelps Memorial Scholarship, 14 Country Club Road Suite 9, Gilford, NH 03249 or the Lakes Region Santa Fund, PO Box 7454, Laconia, NH 03247.
