He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul G. Foote and Mary Foote (Lugg); and his brothers, Gerry and Paul Foote. He is survived by : his wife Kathy Foote (Kelly); his daughters, Christine Edney (Jeff Audet) and Stacey Price (Dave); his grandchildren, Lilli and David; his daughters, Melissa Girard and Shawn Girard; his grandchildren Sarai and Em; and his sister Carol Alosa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
