He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosilda D. Levesque (LaFlamme) and Cyprien M. Levesque; and his brother John "Jack" Mayhew. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Levesque (Fletcher); his son Justin Levesque; his sister Annette Harney (Dennis); his niece Emily Harney (Jesse Devine); his great-nephew Raymond; his great-niece Miriam; and also Paulette Laramee.
