He was predeceased by: his grandfather Roman Aquizap. He is survived by: his parents, Jaime Aquizap and Lisa Aquizap of Concord; his grandmother Judy Merrill (Jim) of Auburn, ME; his brothers, Nick Aquizap of Pembroke and Matt Aquizap of Austin, TX; his nieces and nephews, Oscar, Rory and Mavis; and also Liz Aquizap of Pembroke. He is also survived by his extended family - aunts, uncles and cousins.
