He was predeceased by: his parents, Danny Johnson and Marie Johnson (Clark). He is survived by: his sister Theresa Brissette (Francis, Jr.); his niece Ashley Johnson (Andrew Kaligandis); his nephew Anthony Azzara Jr.; and his aunts and uncles, Justine Angus, Linda, Julie Clark, Chuck, Arthur Clark and David Angus. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
