He was predeceased by: his parents, Thornton Rand and Pauline Rand (Ricker); his daughter Jennifer St. George; and his siblings, Edward Rand and Sharon Higgins.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Rand (Witham); his children, Charles E. Rand, Erin Dunbar and Elizabeth Rand; his brother Harry Mattice (Caren); and his grandchildren, James Rand, Myli Dunbar, Erich Rand, Jeremy St. George, Damien St. George and Alisha St. George. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Loudon Congregational Church.
