With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Diane Hallett (Concord, New Hampshire), born in Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on May 22, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph G Raskin and Jennie Raskin (Schubert); her brothers, David Raskin, Arthur Raskin and Joel Raskin; her husband Richard Hallett; and her niece Simone VanNoordt.

She is survived by: her daughter Joanne M Hebert of Manchester; her niece Joy Lynn Raskin of Bedford; her sisters-in-law, Judy Raskin, Rose Raskin and Kathy Raskin; her nephew Michael VanNoordt of Maryland; and her friends, Carolyn Hartnett and Irene Vincent.

Contributions in Barbara's memory may be made to the SPCA.
