She was predeceased by: her father Wayne Carter; and her grandparents, Eleazer "Skip" Hewes, Blanche Hewes (Chamberlain), Leo and Ursula Martel.
She is survived by: her mother Carol Carter (Hewes) of Claremont; her children, Daniel Miller Jr. of Claremont, Matthew Miller of Claremont and Danielle Miller of Claremont; her grandsons, Paxton and Mason; her sisters, Kelly Carter-Currier (Jack), Cathy Carter, Unity and Toni Carter FitzMorris (Christopher FitzMorris); her aunt Shirley King of Florida; her nephew Timothy Quinney; her niece Courtney Quinney; and the father of her children Daniel Miller Sr..
Wendy received outstanding care at the Jack Byrne Center for Palliative & Hospice Care in Lebanon and suggest donations be made in her name in lieu of flowers.
