She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Burbank and Aline Burbank (Neugebauer); and her sister Sharon Burbank. She is survived by: her husband Victor Azotea; her children, Victor Azotea of Lebanon and Kate LaPlante of Claremont; her brothers, Randy Burbank (Pamela) of Effingham and David Burbank (Robin) of Bedford; and her aunts, Beverly Toolin (Bill) and Patricia Parrack (Ben). She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
