He is survived by: his children, Scott Holbrook (Sally) of East Falmouth, MA, Barry Holbrook (Linda) of Manchester, NH, Lisa Holbrook of Manchester, NH and Mark Holbrook (Laurie) of Rye, NH.; and his grandchildren, Lee Holbrook (Erin), Martin Holbrook (Corinne), Hannah Holbrook (Adam Paine), Eliza Holbrook LeBeau (Chris), Hunter Holbrook (Lauren Ellman) and Connor Holbrook (Peyton Kent). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
