With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phillip Lee Falk of Claremont, New Hampshire, who passed away on January 24, 2021 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Falk and Joseph Falk. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Falk; his children, Anthony Falk, Tracy Kliest (Ted Kliest) and Donna Falk-Maheu (Jeremy Maheu); and his grandchildren, Kyle and Zachary Kliest. He is also survived by His brother & sister as well as many aunts & uncles, cousins, nieces & nephews.
