Noel touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Willard and Evelyn Patricia Hager (Coster) of Claremont, NH.; her siblings, Joyce (Robert Obertkotter) and Bill Hager; her son Keith Powers; and her nephews, Robert P. Oberkotter and Paul Heim.
She is survived by: her son Chris Powers (Paula); her grandson Nicolas Powers; her nieces, Gayle Davis (Oberkotter), Pidgie (Oberkotter) and Ellen Oberkotter; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Daniel Heim, Christine (William Virginia), Melissa (Daniel Merritt), Amanda (Nate Walker), Paul Oberkotter, Matthew Oberkotter, Katelin (Kyle McGuire), Megan McDevitt, Mickey McDevitt (Robert) and Caryl (Zac Lawrence); and her caregiver Jennifer Powers.
