He is survived by: his wife Misty; his children, Madison, Gracie, Mathias and Matthew Jr.; his fathers, Raymond Smith of Claremont, NH and Bryan (Windsor); his siblings, Holly Cannistraci (Jay), Erica Smith (Richie), Jennifer Byrd, Ashley (Morgan) and Nicholas Smith (Kayla); his uncles, Doug Hackett (Beth), Jon Hackett (Becca) and Mark (Andrea); his aunt Karen Hamlin (Mike); his grandparents, Earl and Florence Hackett; his mother-in-law Sarah Annala; his close friend Adam Svendsen; his stepmother Coralee (NY); and his aunt Emily Bernard. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He worked in the hospitality industry prior to Covid then worked for TPI until health issues prevented him from working.
