She was predeceased by: her parents, John Randall and Lois Randall; her sister Joanne Randall Turner; and her son Kevin Belanger. She is survived by: her children, Kraig Belanger and Kristie Self; and her granddaughters, Chelsea, Isabella Self and Brooke.
There will be no service, any donations can be made to the Sullivan County Humane Society or the ASPCA.
