He is survived by: his children, Jaden, Jacob and Jackson; his fiancée Martha LaPorte; his father Walter Mayo; his stepmother Patricia Eaves; and his siblings, Lisa Cohen (Mayo), Michael Mayo, Danielle LeVasseur (Mayo) and Jeremy Vittum. He is also survived by several nieces and a nephew, and four step-brothers.
