She was predeceased by: her parents, Auguste Girard and Leona Girard (Bonneau); her daughter Paula LaFountain; and her brothers, Herman Girard, Leon Girard and Clement Girard.
She is survived by: her former husband Robert O. Couture; her husband Raymond Lambert; her daughter Patricia Amidon (Fred); her grandchildren, Raquel Chase-Kelly (John) and Thomas LaFountain; her siblings, Donald Girard (Carol) and Florine Breault; and her great grandchildren, Graham Kelly, Claire Kelly and Aria LaFountain. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Upper Valley Humane Society or St. Judes Hospital.
