He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Reed Benjamin, Mary Benjamin, Henry Leavitt and Charlotte Leavitt. He is survived by: his grandmother Norma Benjamin; his parents, Dottie Leavitt and Edwin G. Leavitt; his siblings, Rick (Cheryl Leavitt) of Cheryl Leavitt and Laurie (Wayne Braley) of Wayne Braley; his children, Amy Leavitt and Eric Leavitt; his grandchildren, Logan and Mackenzy Carrier; his niece Abagail Braley; and his spouse Conrad J. Farnham. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts, and uncles.
In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made to support a scholarship in Ed's name for a graduating high school senior with an interest in music.
