He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Picard and Thais Picard (Wark); his wife Francella (Francella Baker Fitch); and his sister Lorraine Dutilley. He is survived by: his son Dale Picard of Claremont; his grandchildren, Janessa (Ryan) and Jonathan; his daughter Lynn Maynard of Sutton; his grandchild BJ; his son Wayne; his grandson John; his daughters, Shelley Brookings of Cornish and Cynthia Haynes of Acworth; his granddaughters, Leah and Hannah; his great grandchild Sarah; his son Stephen Fitch of Langdon; his grandchild Kaileigh; his sons, Connor, Nenah and Alex; his grandsons, Brandon and Mason; his cousin Myrna Giroux; his niece Lisa Simoneau; his nephew Michael Henault; his great-niece Amanda; his great-nephew Nick; and also Joshua Lucky Haynes. He is also survived by his 5 children, 14 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
