David Picard Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 27, 2020, at the age of 75, David Picard in Claremont, New Hampshire passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rayburn Houston and Ula Houston (Picard); his close friend Shirley Gates; his sisters, Barbara J. Christian and Beverly Ashey; his brother-in-law Edward Ashey; and his nephew Joseph Rayburn Christian.
He is survived by: his former spouse Shirley Gates; his brother Mark Houston (Denise) of Canaan, NH; and his brother-in-law Russell Christian Sr. of Harrison, AR. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
