Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Claire Jeannette (Claremont, New Hampshire), who passed away at the age of 92, on May 27, 2019. She was predeceased by: her parents, Merton Hayward and Melanie "Mary" Hayward (Nault); her husband Harold Richard Shaw, Sr.; her son Ervin D. Shaw; and her siblings, Helen M. Leonard, Geraldine N. Jeffrey, John Francis Hayward and Richard A. Hayward.
She is survived by: her children, Linda J. Liang (Stanley) of Sun City, AZ, Alana C. Shaw (Kim Hier) of Winooski, VT, Glenn M Shaw (Karlie) of Claremont and Harold R Shaw Jr. (Cherie) of Bow, NH; and her sister Rita C. Hague of Louisville, KY. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Claire suggested donations be made in her memory to St Mary's Alumni Association, St Mary's Rectory, 32 Pearl Street, Claremont, NH 03743.
