He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Blake and Emma Ryan Blake; and his siblings, Henry, Arthur and Evelyn Provencher.
He is survived by: his siblings, John and Beverly Perron (Elliot); his daughter Deborah Bourgoine (Michael) of Cape Neddick, Maine.; his wife Betty McGowan; his grandsons, Derek (Barbara) and Ian (Romney); and his great grandchildren, Evan, Elly and Jasmine Bourgoine.
Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, services will be held in the summer of 2021.
During retirement, he became a patented inventor and spent time as the chair of a 501C3 charitable educational foundation to help students graduate from Stevens High School.
