He was predeceased by: his father William J. Walkowicz, Sr.; his sister Jillian N. Walkowicz; and also, Jagger, Star, Nikomas, Samantha and Buckey.

He is survived by: his mother Alice DiStasio Walkowicz; his wife Amy Walkowicz (Riley) of Chester; his stepchildren, Daniel Burnett of Danville, NH, Christopher Riley (Morgan Riley) of Danville, NH, Ashley Garcia of East Wareham, MA and Brittany Burnett of East Wareham, MA; and his siblings, Wendy Walkowicz of Andover, MA, Diane Rodriguez of Henderson, NV and John Barnes of Las Vegas, NV. He is also survived by 5 nieces, 4 nephews, 4 great nieces and 2 great nephews.
