As Randy departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Randy may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Randy leaves behind.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ransom Smith and Miriam Cowles (Walker); his wife Sandra Cowles (Carr) of Chester; his children, Michael Cowles of Ohio and Angela Rullo (Ben Rullo) of Massachusetts; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Aiden and Skyla; and his sister Claire Hollinger. He was also cherished by several extended family members and friends.
