Charles Whelan Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 19, 2020, at the age of 68, Charles Whelan (Chester, New Hampshire), born in Newton, New Hampshire passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Whelan and Shirley Whelan (Crocker); his sister Carolyn Doran; and his son Charles Whelan, II (Chad). He is survived by: his daughter Shea Frankenberger (Whelan); his grandchildren, Lee and Jacquelyn Frankenberger; his brother Edward Whelan, Jr. (Carolyn); his brother-in-law William Doran; and his former wife Robin Whelan (Haskell). He is also survived by nieces and (3) nephews.
