He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his children, Bubba, Woodster and Cesar; his sister Janet Demaine; his sister-in-law Sharon Griffin; his brothers, Phil Demaine (Elizabeth), Doug Demaine (Debbie) and Dicky Demaine (Nancy); his nieces, Melissa, Autumn, Lisa, April and Laurie; his nephew Chris; and his siblings-in-law, Paul Perry and Dore Cate.

David worked for Baybutt Foundation Company in Tamworth, NH.
