She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur P Charter and Gladys Charter (Clark); and her husband Samuel Bishop Sr. Caroline. She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Chase of Center Ossipee, NH and Jennifer Grenier. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
