He is survived by: his sons, Ralph (Catharine) of West Newbury, Christopher of Wakefield, Michael of West Peabody and Matthew of Danvers; his former wife Donna Renzulli (Correggio) of Danvers; his sister Mariellen Burkinshaw; his niece Serena; and his nephew Keith Burkinshaw.
